- Over 20yrs of Chinese Culinary Thang La and Ann Wong started their first Restaurant in Encinitas, San Diego, where L.A. Chinese Express began in the early 1990's, sucessfuly grew a small restaurant within 3 years.
- Chef Thang La mixes Cantonese style, Hong Kong flavor, providing Authenticity to each dish served. Generations of family owned recipes has been used in our selections from our menu
- Ever since L.A. Chinese Express emerged in the San Diego area, another venture began in the Valley, Granada Hills, California, shortly after Thang La and Ann Wong began scouting the Desert Area. Lately, Palmdale gets to experience his team of outstanding food and heritage and Culinary specialties.
